Set up your Partner account

The Partner Portal is a web based app for Muse Partners to submit and manage products for distribution via the Muse Hub platform.

Once enrolled as a Muse Partner, you'll be invited to the Muse Partner Portal. From here, you can create, update and manage products on Muse Hub. You can also set your account details, payout information, review agreements, see sales stats and revenue data, and manage users who can access your account.

Let's walk through the initial setup

Review the Distribution Agreement

To distribute your products on the Muse Hub platform, the first step is to head to the Account section to digitally sign the Muse Hub Distribution Agreement. This Agreement is a click-through agreement, meaning you need to read it through to the end, confirm you've read the agreement and click Accept to agree to the terms. If the Agreement gets updated at any time, you'll be notified through a card on your Partner Portal dashboard.

Set up payout information

Before you can publish paid content to the platform, you'll need to validate your business, tax and payout information. We use Stripe Connect as our trusted payments partner; they also handle the required onboarding and business verification through an automated process.

You don't need to add payment information if you are only distributing free products. However, if you wish to recieve tips, you must supply payout information before we can pass any accrued funds to you.

Once verified, your payouts will be processed monthly.

Currently, payments are made in USD only.

Add additional users

If you want additional users to be able to manage your products, such as giving one of your development team access to manage builds, you can add them from the "Users" page.

To invite a user, enter their email address. They'll be emailed an invitation, which they can accept from their inbox.

You're now ready to generate an API key, and get your product ready for distribution on Muse Hub! If you're distirbuting Elements, you can skip the API and Muse DRM processes and head straight to creating Element Packs and uploading content.
